RETURN AND RMA POLICIES

| REQUEST RMA NUMBER |
|
TME requires a valid RMA number when shipping any product back to us. Any shipment with an
invalid RMA number will be rejected. When returning a product, please make sure the RMA number
is marked clearly on the outside of the shipping package. Follow the instructions below before
returning any product to us. If you have any questions please contact technical

| Carefully fill out the RMA form with as much detail as you can. Click here for an Out of Warranty RMA example or Warranty RMA example

| Fax the completed RMA form to 905-625-3717. |
| TME will fax back the RMA form with the RMA # number within a week. |
| With this RMA number, you are now ready to ship your product back to TME. |
| TME will start the repair process as soon as the product is received. |

| RETURN FOR CREDIT |
|
For evaluation units only, TME provides a credit if the product is returned to TME within the first 30 days
from date of invoice otherwise a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Any part missing from the original
package will be charged to the customer accordingly.

| SHIPPING COSTS |
|
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to TME. TME is responsible only for
outbound shipping costs if the product is under warranty. All repairs or replacements will
ship via UPS Ground or equivalent. Any rush shipping will be paid by the customer. The
customer will be responsible for any lost or damaged products shipped back to TME. Please
keep track of the tracking number for shipment tracing.

| DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) RETURN |
|
TME allows 7 days for credit from the day of shipping for any DOA return.
TME will not accept for credit any incomplete or damaged product.

| WARRANTY PRODUCT |
|
TME warrants all products for a period of two years from the date of invoice.
The warranty will cover all the replacement parts and repairs of non-misused
products. The customer will be charged for any misused product. These charges
will include labour as well as the part replacement costs. TME will contact the
customer before repairing a product if it was misused.
